Spectrum is Green

Lovely day in the North East so I went down to Tynemouth Flea Market as it is always a good place to buy random stuff. I bought my Dad "Surrounded by Dangers of All Kinds. The Mexican War Letters of Lieutenant Theodore  Laidley" for Father's day. He does like a good memoir and this looks great.
However the best bargain was this

A Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle from Captain Scarlet - my favourite Gerry Anderson show from my youth

It's in great condition and only missing a sticker and the front missle

It's a 1993 remake but it only cost me £1 (that's one pound

I also bought a 2 seater 1930's sports car that I will convert to a scout car. at a later date.
